After attending Plantation High School she attended Broward Community College and graduated with an A.A. After seeing what a professional well rounded exercise program it is, she became dedicated to health and fitness, losing 40 pounds and attending classes 5 – 6 days per week. Dr. Cohen (also known as Dr. Beth) is now a certified Jazzercise Instructor, teaching Regular Jazzercise, Junior Jazzercise and Personal Touch and incorporates her health background in all her classes. Her goal is to own and operate a successful and profitable Weston Jazzercise Center along with her partner and promote Health and Fitness to anyone and everyone.
Marti Wiener

Associate Instructor. From my very first Jazzercise class in 1989 in Kona, Hawaii, I became hooked! The music, the movement, and choreography made the 1 hr. workout seem like a party! After 11 yrs. as a student in various parts of our country, I became an instructor, opening the first Jazzercise classes in Weston.
After having twins, I found the challenge of getting into shape very overwhelming. Jazzercise was so easy and fun….I looked forward to hooten’ & hollerin’ during the routines and seeing the friendly faces each day. Before I knew it, my body was back to a pretty good shape. Now I’m well into my 40’s and I’m as fit as ever…all thanks to Jazzercise!
I’m originally from the Washington, DC area where I graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. I’ve been a flight attendant with United Airlines for 19 years and continue to juggle flying, the children, our family demolition business and Jazzercise! Jazzercise provides the energy and the mental stress relief to keep it all together. My goal is to give my students a very fun, yet challenging class…making them look forward to returning for more, just as I did many years ago.
Tina King

Associate Instructor Tina has been Jazzercising for over 23 years. Since becoming an instructor in 1988 she’s taught throughout the United States. Tina was born in Owensboro, Kentucky. They were married in 1979 shortly after he joined the United States Navy. Randy became a Navy Pilot and they traveled the world together over the next 24 years. It was during their Navy tour in Pensacola that Tina first discovered Jazzercise in 1982. She became an Instructor in 1988 while they were living in San Diego - near the Jazzercise Mecca of Carlsbad. Tina has followed Jazzercise through many changes and has participated in numerous fundraisers, football half time shows, and conventions. Tina took an instructing sabbatical while she and Randy lived in Japan on a Navy assignment. When Randy retired from the Navy in 2002 they relocated to Weston. Finally settled in one place, Tina recently completed the recertification process and is now enjoying an active Jazzercise filled life in South Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado holding a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Tina combines her passion for Jazzercise with her knowledge of health psychology to educate and train others in the pursuit of healthy lifestyles.
Joan Brennan

Associate Instructor. Joan was born and raised in New Jersey where she started dancing and performing at age 5. She continued her love of dance and performing throughout high school and college. She graduated from Northwestern University and took dance classes with Judy Sheppherd Missett's mentor, Gus Giordano. Joan first saw Jazzercise on a show called "PM Magazine" and was thrilled when Jazzercise came to New Jersey. "Jazzercise absolutely changed my life and, in turn, afforded me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many other people who love Jazzerise as much as I do. I have never grown tired of it." Joan owned her own classes in NJ for 10 years and went on "Substitute Instructor" status when she retired after a 26-year career as a social worker for the State of New Jersey at the Adoption Resource Center.
